Vision Wedding Dance – Refund Policy

​At Vision Wedding Dance, we aim to provide a personalised and high-quality experience for every couple. To ensure fairness and clarity, the following refund terms apply:

Refunds on Private Lessons & Packages

• All lesson payments and packages are non-refundable once purchased.

• If you are unable to continue due to unforeseen circumstances, unused lessons may be credited to a future date (valid for 6 months), subject to instructor availability.

​

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being charged in full, with no refund or credit.

​

Studio / Instructor Cancellations

• If Vision Wedding Dance must cancel due to illness, emergency, or studio unavailability, a full credit or rescheduled session will be offered.

​

Special Circumstances

• Credits or partial refunds may be considered in exceptional situations at the discretion of Vision Wedding Dance.

• Proof may be required depending on the circumstance.

Vision Performing Arts – Refund Policy

Vision Performing Arts is committed to providing inclusive, high-quality training for all students. This refund policy applies to term enrolments, classes, workshops, and events.

Term Fees

• Term fees are non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed.

• Fees are charged for the full term and cannot be reduced for missed classes, holidays, or changes in personal schedule.

​

Missed Classes

• Missed classes may be made up in another appropriate class where space permits, but no refund or credit is given for absences.

​

Workshops, Events & Short Courses

• Payments for workshops or short courses are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by Vision Performing Arts.

​

Class Cancellations

• If a class is cancelled due to instructor illness or venue issues, a make-up class, credit, or refund will be provided.

​

Injury or Medical Grounds

• If a student is unable to participate for medical reasons, a credit for the remaining weeks of the term may be offered upon presentation of a medical certificate.

• Refunds are not provided, except in exceptional circumstances.

​

Uniforms, Costumes & Merchandise

• Uniform and merchandise purchases are non-refundable unless faulty.

• Costume deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable once orders are placed.

​

Exceptional Circumstances

• Any request for refunds based on special circumstances will be reviewed at the discretion of Vision Performing Arts management.
