Meet Your New Dance Teacher

Sara Joseph

At the heart of our dance school is Sara – a passionate dancer and dedicated teacher with over 20 years of training in Latin, Ballroom, Hip Hop, Commercial, Jazz, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, and Ballet. Her journey has taken her from local studios to stages across Australia and the UK, and into classrooms where she's taught students of all ages, from toddlers taking their first steps to adults rediscovering the joy of movement.

With over six years of teaching experience, Sara has worked in a wide variety of settings: private and group lessons, private dance schools and studios, and both primary and secondary schools. This diverse background has given her a unique ability to tailor every class to meet the individual needs of each student – whether it's a couple preparing for their big day or a child discovering a new passion.

Sara founded Vision Arts with one core mission: to help people feel confident through dance. It all began with - the joy of moving, the delight and confidence boost Sara would see students get from achieving their goals. Giving people the joy of movement in a nonjudgmental environment was described as “life enhancing”.

Here, dance isn’t just about the steps. It’s about connection, joy, and lifelong confidence.

Our mission is to build confidence through dance – helping students feel empowered, expressive, and connected. Whether it’s a first dance, a stage performance, or a lifelong passion, we aim to make dance an enjoyable, enriching experience for everyone.
